Concierge In-Home Pelvic Floor Therapy in Charleston, SC
Pelvic health shouldn’t be confusing, overwhelming, or embarrassing — and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Laugh without leaking.
Parent without pain.
Enjoy intimacy again.
Feel strong, supported, and confident in your body.
Specialized in-home pelvic healthcare for pregnancy, postpartum, and neurological conditions—lasting relief from pain, leaks, and intimacy concerns starts with Charleston Pelvic Health.
Is This You?
Pregnant or Postpartum?
Your body is going through huge changes — physically, emotionally, and mentally. Maybe you’re excited. Maybe you’re overwhelmed. Maybe both.
Pain, pressure, or leaking are making daily life harder than it needs to be. Or you’re postpartum and wondering if what you’re feeling is normal.
You’re not supposed to figure this out alone. I’ll help you reconnect with your body, move with confidence, and feel like yourself again — all from the comfort of home.
Leaks, Pain, or Pressure?
You’ve been told it’s “just part of being a woman.”
But deep down, you know something isn’t right.
Leaking when you laugh. Painful sex. Constipation that feels impossible. Heaviness or pressure that gets in the way of exercise, intimacy, or everyday life.
These symptoms are common — but not normal. You deserve answers, relief, and a plan that actually works.
Spinal Cord Injury or
Neurological Diagnosis?
Managing bladder, bowel, or sexual health with SCI, MS, or Parkinson’s can feel overwhelming and isolating.
You want tools that help you stay independent, confident, and connected to your body. With years of experience in neurological pelvic health, I offer skilled support so you can navigate these deeply personal challenges with dignity and clarity.
Imagine a Day When…
You leave the house without worrying about leaks or pads
You feel regular, comfortable, and in control
You enjoy intimacy without pain, fear, or hesitation
You laugh, lift, and move without heaviness or pressure
You feel fully supported through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond

Meet Your Therapist in Charleston, SC
I’m Sarah Kate — an occupational therapist and pelvic health specialist.
