Meet Your Therapist: Your Partner In Healing

I’m Sarah Kate—an occupational therapist and pelvic health specialist.

I became a pelvic floor therapist because I’m passionate about empowering people to feel more confident during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or dealing with bowel and bladder challenges, I help you find relief through high-quality, personalized pelvic healthcare—delivered right in the comfort of your home and within your everyday routines.

I take a function-focused, whole-person approach to pelvic floor therapy—because it’s not just about the muscles. Pelvic health involves your nervous system, breathing, emotional well-being, habits, and routines.

With over five years of hospital-based experience in spinal cord injury and pelvic health, more than 70 hours of specialized pelvic health training, and my own journey through pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor dysfunction, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to this work.

My mission is to make sure you feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
