Prevent Future Symptoms

Feel Like Yourself Again

Charleston Pelvic Health
Can Help You With…

Incontinence

Freedom from leaks starts here.
Leaking urine or stool after pregnancy is common, but it isn’t something you have to accept. We provide personalized, hands-on strategies to help you strengthen and coordinate your pelvic floor muscles, so you can sneeze, laugh, lift, and move without worrying about embarrassing leaks.

Pelvic, Back, & Hip Pain

Relieve pain and reclaim comfort.
Postural changes, muscle imbalances, and the physical demands of caregiving can contribute to ongoing discomfort. We address the root causes of pelvic, back, and hip pain through posture education, body mechanics training, and targeted exercises—helping you feel more like yourself again.

Diastasis Recti & Core Weakness

Restore strength and reconnect with your core.
Abdominal muscle separation is common postpartum, but that doesn’t mean it should go untreated. We guide you through safe, progressive exercises to restore core strength, improve stability, and support your long-term function and comfort.

Scar Tissue Pain & Healing

Support for vaginal or cesarean scar recovery.
Whether you experienced tearing, an episiotomy, or a cesarean birth, we provide specialized care to support your healing. Through manual therapy and scar mobilization techniques, we reduce tension, improve flexibility, and ease pain associated with scar tissue.

Adjusting to New Roles & Routines

Support beyond the physical.
Postpartum recovery isn’t just about muscles—it’s about mental health, daily function, and self-identity. We help you navigate the emotional demands of motherhood with strategies for task simplification, energy conservation, stress management, and self-care—so you can thrive, not just survive.

Returning to Intimacy

Rebuild connection with your body and your partner.
Pain, fear, and body changes can all impact your ability to return to intimacy after birth. We offer a compassionate, whole-person approach that addresses physical, emotional, and mental aspects of intimacy—so you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to enjoy sex and connection again.

Isn’t Meant To Be Done Alone

Get convenient postpartum care in the comfort of home, tailored to your body, your routine, and your goals. Focus on your recovery and connecting with your baby, not driving to appointments and stressing about childcare with expert, in-home pelvic floor therapy.

Let’s Work Together

STEP 1

Reach Out

Request your initial evaluation, or start with a free consult call if you’d like to ask questions and make sure this feels like the right fit.

You’ll communicate directly with Sarah Kate from the start, so getting care feels personal, simple, and supportive.

Postpartum visits can begin within the first week after delivery. Early visits focus on comfort, healing, feeding positions, nervous system support, and gentle recovery strategies. Internal work is not completed until after you are medically cleared and never required.

STEP 2

Get Support That
Fits Your Real Life

Your first visit is 60–90 minutes and takes place right where you are recovering. We’ll review your pregnancy, birth, symptoms, daily routines, feeding setup, sleep, support system, and goals.

You’ll leave with simple, practical strategies you can use right away to support healing, reduce aches and pains, and begin reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor.

Follow-up visits are 60 minutes and continue to build on what your body and your life need most. Care may include movement, breathing, pressure management, scar support, bladder and bowel strategies, pain relief, nervous system regulation, and realistic ways to care for yourself while caring for your baby.

STEP 3

Enjoy Lasting Relief

As your recovery progresses, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to move through daily life with less pain, pressure, leaking, fear, or uncertainty.

Together, we’ll work toward the things that matter most to you… lifting and carrying your baby, returning to exercise, feeling comfortable with intimacy, managing daily routines, and trusting your body again.

And when new seasons come up, I’m here for continued support, prevention, and care through the transitions ahead.
