While much of our language references women, mothers, and the pregnancy/postpartum experience, Charleston Pelvic Health is committed to providing affirming, expert care to all individuals with pelvic health concerns.

Our clinical training focuses on the care of people with vulvas, including specialized support for pelvic health across the lifespan and for those with neurological conditions. We warmly welcome clients of all genders, identities, and orientations who have vulvas and are seeking compassionate, inclusive pelvic floor therapy.
